The claim says inflation and unemployment in Uttar Pradesh are at their peak. Official data contradict this: Uttar Pradesh's unemployment rate in the latest annual survey was 3.0%, and all-India unemployment has fallen sharply since 2017-18. Retail inflation is 4.45%, far below the 6.7% recorded in 2022-23, and the Economic Survey describes recent inflation as the lowest since the CPI series began. These are not peak levels.
